<p><strong><em>Background</em></strong><em>: Cookies are cookies made from small-sized wheat flour, have a sweet taste, dense and crunchy texture. Cookies are made from low-protein flour. The protein content comes from a mixture of margarine and flour in small amounts, therefore it is necessary to make modifications in the form of protein fortification from other sources, one of which is snakehead fish flour. <strong>Research Objective</strong>: to analyze the sensory quality and protein content of snakehead fish flour cookies (Chana striata). <strong>Research Method</strong>: The method used in the study is an experimental method with a non-factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD). Treatment. Treatment of the ratio of snakehead fish flour and wheat flour in making cookies, namely P1 0% (snakehead fish flour): 100% (wheat flour), P2 25% (snakehead fish flour): 75% (wheat flour), P3 30% (snakehead fish flour): 70% (wheat flour). <strong>Results:</strong> The analysis results showed that there were significant differences in sensory quality with a comparison of each treatment and there were significant differences in protein content with a comparison of each treatment. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The control formulation (P0) was 65.4 and the highest protein content was in the 25% formula (P2) at 15.13%.</em></p>NoviantyZairinayatiEma Suzanna

<p><strong>Background </strong>: Flies (Diptera) are are ubiquitous insects that pose significant risks to human health by transmitting diseases. Controlling fly populations is critical to mitigating these risks. Papaya flowers (<em>Carica papaya</em>) contain bioactive compounds with potential insecticidal properties, offering an eco-friendly alternative to synthetic insecticides. Research Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of <em>Carica papaya</em> flower extract concentrations on fly mortality. Research Method: A true experimental design was employed with four treatment groups (each replicated six times). Flies were exposed to spray treatments of papaya flower extract at concentrations of 0% (control), 25%, 50%, and 75% (15 flies per group). Mortality rates were recorded and analyzed to evaluate the extract’s bioinsecticidal efficacy. Results: 25% concentration: Average mortality of 1.3 flies (total 8 flies), 50% concentration: Average mortality of 2.5 flies (total 15 flies), 75% concentration: Average mortality of 3.8 flies (total 23 flies). Mortality increased proportionally with extract concentration, demonstrating a dose-dependent effect. Conclusion: Papaya flower extract significantly induces fly mortality, with higher concentrations yielding greater efficacy. <p>atar belakang : TB merupakan penyakit infeksi mudah menular melalui udara yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosis. TBmenjadi ancaman bagi kesehatan masyarakat global dan Indonesia menempati posisi kedua kasus TB tertinggi di dunia. Diagnosa dan penatalaksaan pasien TB akan berpengaruh dalam penanggulan TB. TB-MDR atau Multi Drug Resistant adalah TB resisten obat terhadap minimal 2 obat anti TB lini pertama. Mycobacterium Growth Indicator Tube (MGIT) merupakangold standardalam pemeriksaan TB namun membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Salah satu alternative yang dikembangkan WHO adalah Line Probe Assay dengan metode genotypeyang memberikan diagnosa lebih cepat. Sehingga deteksi dan pengobatan TB-MDR dapat segera dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian: Untuk menganalisisLine Probe Assay dan Mycobacterium Growth Indicator Tube pada pasien TB-MDR. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasionaldengan metode cross sectional dengan desain post test only control desain antara Line probe assay dan Mycobacterium Growth Indicator Tube terhadap hasil uji OAT Lini dua golongan Fluoroquinolone. Hasil : Hasil Analisa menunjukkan LPA Genotype MTBDRsI ver 2.0dengan Mycobacterium Growth Indicator Tube sebagai gold standar adalah sensitivitas 100%. Simpulan: Line Probe Assayterbukti mampu mendeteksi resistensi Fluoroquinolonedengan akurasi yang sama baiknya dengan Mycobacterium Growth Indicator Tube, namun lebih cepat sehingga berpotensi mempercepat terapi TB-MDR.”</p>Dewi HartatiBastian

<p><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">Latar Belakang: Pemantapan Mutu Internal (PMI) merupakan kegiatan pencegahan dan pengawasan yang dilaksanakan oleh masing-masing laboratorium secara terus menerus agar tidak terjadi atau mengurangi kejadian error/penyimpangan. Cakupan objek pemantapan mutu internal salah satunya adalah tahap anlitik yaitu quality controlyang merupakan tahap dengan dilakukanya uji presisi (presisi) dan ketelitian (akurasi). Salah satu penerapan yang dilakukan dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan grafik Levey Jennings kemudian pembacaannya dapat digunakan aturan Westgard untuk mengukur akurasi (d%) dan presisi (CV%)pemeriksaan. Tujuan Penelitian : Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pemantapan Mutu Internal Pemeriksaan Enzim Hati Berdasarkan Aturan Westgard diLaboratorium Rumah Sakit. Metode Penelitian : Deskriptif Kuantitatif, penelitian ini dilakukan di RS X dan RS Y pada tanggal 10 -16 Maret 2025. Populasi yang diambil adalah seluruh data sekunder hasil quality control pemeriksaan enzim hati (AST dan ALT) Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder pada bulan Agustus-Desember 2024. Hasil: Nilai pada perhitungan pemeriksaan enzim hati pada RS X memiliki nilai bias yang baik dengan tidak ada nilai bias yang mencapai batas maksimal ±10% dan RS Y memiliki hasil bias yang cukup baik dengan 4 bulan hasil QC tidak melebihi batas maksimal dan 1 bulan hasil QC yang tidak akurat karena melebihi batas maksimal.Tingkat presisi pada pemeriksaan enzim hati RS X dan RS Y memiliki tingkat presisi yang cukup teliti karena tidak ada hasil CV yang melebihi batas maksimal 7%, Evaluasi grafik levey-jenning menggunakan aturan wesgrad pada pemeriksaan enzim hati pada RS X ditemukan banyak aturan 1-2 S, dan 10x. sedangkan pada RS Y banyak ditemukan aturan 1-2S, 4-1S, dan 10x.Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil penelitian pemantapan mutu pemeriksaan internal enzim hati berdasarkan aturan westgard dilaboratorium rumah sakit.</span></span></p>Adinda AinuzzahrohAristotelesBastian

<p><em>The development of artificial intelligence technology has made significant contributions in various fields, including education. One problem still frequently encountered in higher education is the manual student attendance system. This manual process often creates various obstacles, such as the potential for fraud in the form of absenteeism, delays in recording, and the risk of administrative errors. This condition shows the urgency of providing a more modern, effective, and accurate attendance system through the use of AI-based technology. Using the YOLOv11 algorithm, known for its ability to detect objects quickly and with high precision, this research is directed at designing a Smart Attendance system based on facial detection that can improve the quality of academic services at Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan University, Palembang. The purpose of this research is to develop and implement an automatic attendance system based on facial detection with the YOLOv11 algorithm integrated with the campus academic database. This system is expected to be able to recognize student faces in real-time, record attendance automatically, and present data that can be accessed by lecturers and administration in a transparent manner. Furthermore, this research aims to improve the efficiency of academic processes, reduce attendance fraud, and encourage the adoption of AI technology in higher education environments. Conclusion: Thus, the implementation of this AI-based attendance system not only improves operational efficiency but also encourages digital transformation in higher education environments.
