Abstract

Toddlers are a group that really needs attention because during their toddler years they show very rapid growth and therefore require high levels of nutrition. This research aims to determine factors related to the nutritional status of toddlers aged 3-5 years. This research uses a descriptive analytical design using a cross-sectional approach located at the Sukarami Health Center Nutrition Polytechnic, Palembang City in March 2025. The research instrument is a questionnaire and a 24-hour Recall Form using the interview method. The number of subjects in this research was 45 toddlers. The variables analyzed include the characteristics of the research subjects (age, gender, education, mother's knowledge, and economic level). The statistical test used was the Chi Square test. Results : There is a relationship between eating patterns and nutritional status of toddlers (p value <0.05). There is no relationship between maternal age and toddler nutritional status (p value ≥ 0.05)
